1. Before shelving, wash all excavator spare parts once, and then put them in a clean environment. After cleaning, smooth all excavator undercarriage spare parts and replace oil. Pay attention to a thin layer of smooth grease on the metal surface of the piston rod.

2. Choose a solid and flat ground for parking. Stack up the excavator and dozer undercarriage track chain with shoe plate assy before and after, and try to prevent damp, saline-alkali, dusty and other harsh environments. The piston rod is recovered and the cylinder is in a large cavity state. If conditions permit, find a few pieces of cloth to cover the excavator and dozer hydraulic cylinder (boom cylinder, arm cylinder and bucket cylinder).

3. Disconnect the negative pole of the battery and cover the battery, or remove the battery from the machine and store it separately.

4. Place the stop valve of the excavator accessories in the locking position and install a screw plug on the elbow. The selection valve of the attachment on the machine is placed in the direction of the crusher or the general attachment.

5. During the storage period, it is necessary to operate and move the machine at a short interval every month so as to attach a new layer of oil film to the surface of the moving parts and charge the batteries together.

6. If the machine is equipped with air conditioning, it will work for 3-5 minutes a month to smooth the various parts of the compressor. In order to make the engine work at low speed, check the refrigerant quantity twice a year.
